EQUIPMENT BROKERAGE & FINDER'S AGREEMENT

This Equipment Brokerage & Finder’s Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the Client listed below (“Client”) and Prestige Operations LLC (“Broker”). The purpose of this Agreement is for Broker to locate, source, negotiate, and/or arrange acquisition of equipment on behalf of the Client.
Client agrees to compensate Prestige Operations LLC as follows:
Fees are considered earned upon Broker providing:
- Verified seller lead,
- Equipment match meeting Client criteria,
- Successful introduction between buyer and seller,
- Negotiation support (optional).
1. Broker does not guarantee condition, performance, or future value of equipment; all equipment is sold AS-IS by the seller.
2. Client agrees that any lead, seller information, or equipment source provided by Broker is confidential.
3. If Client purchases equipment from any seller introduced by Broker within 12 months, Broker’s fee remains due.
4. Broker is not responsible for transport, inspection, repairs, or financing unless separately agreed.
5. Client agrees not to bypass Broker or negotiate directly with sellers without acknowledging Broker’s fee.
